orders

No. An order cannot be cancelled as well changed. However you can choose to return the product for a refund if it is eligible for the same, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such product.
Normally an out of stock item would be declared as such on the site on the product page itself. However sometimes it may just so happen that despite all care and measures taken, an item though listed as available may actually be out of stock. For such items, the site shall firstly attempt to fulfill the order (at a revised delivery schedule subject to your acceptance), failing which the transaction amount will be refunded in full and credited to your registered credit card or the card utilized for such transaction. In the event you do not opt for the revised delivery schedule, a refund of the amount will be initiated and will be credited to the card used for the transaction.
Once you have chosen items and added them to your shopping bag, please select the option of store credit/voucher at the time of check out. Any store credit/voucher amount will be adjusted against the final bill (including shipping charges and taxes). Difference, if any, between the available store credit/voucher and the bill will have to be paid by the various accepted methods listed on the product page itself.

There maybe an additional shipping charge for some locations which are generally less accessible or are remote. The same will be mentioned once you update the delivery address before payment page so you have the option to delete items from your shopping bag incase you so choose.
Some products also may entail an additional shipping charge. However this will be clearly stated on the product page.
That depends on where you want the product delivered. We try to ensure that the delivery is made as soon as possible, preferably within a period of 10 working days. However, if for any reason the same is delayed, we shall immediately, at the first instance, inform you of such delay. Please note the delivery time for any Preorder product will be mentioned on that product detail page itself.
That depends on whether the items/products
(1) can be shipped in the same box
(2) are from the same designer
(3) can be dispatched on the same day at the same time and
(4) the location of dispatch is the same for all items. We take all care to ensure that the product does not sustain any damage for which purpose we ensure that they are appropriately packed
As a result, they may or may not be shipped in the same box.

returns

The product page shall carry a mention if the product can be returned and the conditions upon which the return can be availed. Certain products like food items, swimwear and inner wear etc cannot be returned due to their perishable/intimate/delicate nature. Preorders which are specially made to order for you as well as special price products cannot be returned. However each product page should be carefully checked before ordering. For availing return, you will have to initiate the return from ‘my orders’ page, which would contain your order history. You will be asked some basic questions regarding your reasons for return and also regarding the state of the product after delivery, ie whether it has been used/washed, etc. based on which the eligibility of return will be determined. Some products may also require a photo to be emailed before the claim for return can be accepted (this requirement will be stated on the product page itself). If based on your answers, the return is preliminarily accepted, the site will generate the return address to which you will have to courier the product through the site designated courier partners who will package the product from the pick up site, for which time and date will be intimated to you by your method of choice selected at the time of opting for return.

If you wish to return the item for exchange with another item then you will first have to return the product and state reasons for return as mentioned in the returns policy. Once the return is approved and processed, the amount will be credited to your ‘Popickle’ account, as store credit, through which you can make your new purchase.
If your product is eligible for a return and your request for return satisfies the conditions of the return policy then the refund will be credited to your account as store credit, which can be used for future purchases, once the return package is received, checked for use/damage and the return is accepted by the designer. If you do not wish to keep store credit in your account and wish for a cash refund, then upon an email intimation from your registered email account, a refund will be initiated to the credit card used for the transaction or to your bank account as designated by you.
Bummer. We are sorry. We hate it when that happens. But you can initiate a return for refund/exchange in accordance with the method explained above.
Yes. That way everyone stays happy. All our returns happen only by reverse pickups where our courier partners will come to pick up location designated by you for packaging the product to be returned and pick up of the parcel. However such reverse pick up charges shall be borne by you.

It depends upon the reason for return and the various factors which have to be satisfied for it to be eligible, as stated above.

payment

At the moment only credit card/debit card payments or COD are acceptable.
Once you opt for COD option at time of checkout, you will get the final bill that is payable. Once you receive the parcel, the courier boy will handover to you the final invoice. Upon payment he will also issue a receipt, which is the only acceptable proof of payment by the site. Hence ensure that you receive the receipt of payment from the courier person. This receipt, together with the invoice received will be needed in case you choose to return the item for refund/exchange. You will be charged a small fee for COD option at the time of purchase

gift voucher

If finding a gift that your friend or loved one might appreciate is proving to be difficult, the site provides a convenient option of a gift voucher, which is basically a pre-paid voucher that will be emailed to the person to whom you wish to gift it. All you have to do is choose the gift voucher option, select the amount, state the details of the person to whom you wish to gift; like name, email address; state any message that you wish to send, and pay that amount with your credit card. An email containing the gift voucher along with any message that you have mentioned will be sent to the person whose details have been mentioned leaving you worry free and happy

my account

Simple. Just click on ‘create account’ and fill out the details, after which a confirmation email will be sent to the email address mentioned by you containing a link that you will have to click for confirming your account. Else you can also choose the ever-convenient option of creating an account with the connected apps like Google+ or Facebook.
Don’t fret. All of us forget passwords. I mean how do they expect us to remember passwords to so many accounts…At Popickle.com its fairly straight forward. Just click on ‘forgot password’ option and it will take you to a form where you have to state your username or registered email address (incase you have forgotten your username, silly you!). Once you enter the username or registered email address, an email will be sent to the registered email address of the account connected to the username, containing a reset link. Once you click on the reset link, the browser will magically open and the page to enter a new password will appear.
Sure. You can even add the latest photo wearing your latest purchase from Popickle as your display picture of your account. All you have to do is click on ‘edit personal information’ in ‘my accounts’ and change things at your heart’s content.
Well we are sorry to see you go, but if you must then just click on the conveniently located link in the emails that you receive and we won’t bother you anymore. But you might just miss the next best deal on that cardigan you always wanted…!
