Return policy

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone after delivery , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items : 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase back to the Vendor/Designer. Once a ticket for return is generated from the site, the address of the Vendor/Designer where the return has to be sent will be generated by the site which you can print for the purposes of labeling the package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

The return would be parceled direct to the vendor/designer, which would be inspected by the vendor/designer to verify against the claim for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the recommendation of the vendor/designer. All decisions by site are final.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically appear in the store credit in your account, which will be available forever or till utilized. If you wish to have a refund into your bank account/credit card, this would be possible only by an email request on wecare@popickle.com for the same and upon acceptance of such request, the credit request will be processed within a period of 15 days of acceptance, which will be communicated to you by email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wecare@popickle.com 

Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange  it for the same item, send us an email at wecare@popickle.com and send your item to the address generated from the site upon request for return/exchange. The return would be parceled direct to the vendor/designer, which would be inspected by the vendor/designer to verify against the claim for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been received.  Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,  you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should courier your product to the address generated by the site upon opting for the return/exchange option. Our courier partner will come and the parcel collect from you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All taxes that may be levied on the cost of return parceling will be borne by you.

The item should be appropriately packed and sealed by you and should be inspected before couriering. It should not contain any items prohibited by law or which are hazardous/injurious in nature. If any such item is found upon receipt of return package, the same will be intimated to the authorities for further action at their end and right to refund/exchange will be forfieted.

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following :

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

  • All custom made orders are non-returnable.

Cancellation

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

Parcel Pick up for return/exchange/refund

All returns, whether for exchange or refund shall be processed as above explained. Site shall arrange for courier pick up. Cost of return courier would be borne by customer/purchaser. Return packaging will be done only by the courier company at the time of return pick up.
